Espresso syndicate is committed to delivering the highest quality coffee whilst adhering to principles that reflect our sense of responsibility to the environment, community, customers and our employees.
With a regional presence but global focus we believe the integration of sustainability into everything we do allows us to deliver premium coffee whilst minimizing our impact on the planet and coffee drinking public.
These principles in practice include:
- sourcing coffee from farmers that has been certified to environmental and ethical standards
- roasting in our innovative green headquarters that incorporates sustainable (recycled) materials and energy efficient design
- delivering coffee with our efficient vehicles and leading edge supply chain systems
- working with partners to deliver solutions such as the compostable PLAnet Cup and lid
- driving innovation by participating in grass roots trials for a new ‘world’s first’ sustainable coffee packaging.
Our efforts extend into the local community through partnerships with training initiatives for disadvantaged youth and support for not for profit organisations and up and coming artists. These values are carried through into the workplace with our team sharing the journey and committed to making a difference in the way we operate.
